General Terms and Conditions – Inti Way

Inti Way is a travel agency dedicated to the organization and operation of travel experiences in Peru and other destinations, acting as an intermediary between travelers and tourism service providers (hotels, transportation, guides, trains, local operators, among others).

1. Reservations and Payments

Reservations are considered confirmed only once the agreed partial or full payment has been received, as indicated in each program. Prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until the reservation is confirmed.

2. Prices

Prices include only the services specifically detailed in the itinerary. Any service not expressly mentioned is considered not included.

3. Changes and Modifications

Any modification requested by the traveler after the reservation has been confirmed will be subject to availability and possible additional charges. Inti Way will make every effort to assist but cannot guarantee that all changes can be made without penalties.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies depend on each service provider and the type of service booked. Some services (such as train tickets, Machu Picchu entrance tickets, or other archaeological site admissions) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Inti Way will inform these conditions prior to confirmation.

5. Responsibility

Inti Way acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, accidents, weather conditions, force majeure events, or decisions made by third-party providers. However, Inti Way will provide assistance and support to travelers whenever possible.

6. Health and Safety

Travelers are responsible for having valid travel insurance and for informing Inti Way of any relevant medical conditions. Some activities take place at high altitude or in remote areas and require an adequate physical condition.

7. Documentation

Travelers are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas, permits, vaccinations, and any other requirements mandated by local or international authorities.

8. Acceptance

By making a reservation with Inti Way, the traveler confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.
